Dude! Donating is excellent, but could you pay me the damn average administrative assistant's wage in this ridiculous city? I DID THIS THIS MORNING. ACTUALLY, I'M NOT HUNGRY AT ALL NOW, SO IT'S REALLY FUN TO FANTSIZE ABOUT FOOD. IT'S KIND OF LIKE WAITING FOR A REALLY SPECIAL TRIP TO SOMEPLACE YOU'VE ALREADY BEEN, BUT YOU'RE REALLY EXCITED TO GO BACK TO SO YOU THINK OF ALL THE PLACES YOU WANT TO GO THAT YOU MISSED THE FIRST TIME AROUND AND ALL THE PLACES YOU WANT TO REVISIT.

I'VE NEVER BEEN TO BACON CHEESEBURGER AND I WANT TO REVISIT TOFU VEGGIE CASSEROLE. I ESPECIALLY LIKE IT BECAUSE YOU GET THE EXTRA FIRM TOFU AND YOU HAVE TO SLICE IT LENGTHWISE INTO 1 INCH PATTIES AND THEN PUT IT INBETWEEN TWO COOKIE SHEETS AND PUT SOMETHING REALLY HEAVY ON THE TOP SHEET TO DRAIN ALL EXCESS WATER OUT. THAT PART IS REALLY FUN. AND THEN YOU SLICE IT IN STRIPS AND JULIENNE ALL COLOR PEPPERS AND ONIONS AND ZUCCINNI AND SUMMER SQAUSH AND THEN PUT IT IN A PAN AND MIX UP SOY SAUCE, TOMATO PASTE AND DIJON MUSTARD AND THEN PUT THAT ON TOP OF THE VEGGIES AND TOFU AND BAKE IT COVERED.

DAMN IT'S GOOD. AND HEALTHY.

BY THE WAY, FOR ANYONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT THIS, I TRIED THE SEA SALT THING AND IT WAS FAIRLY UNPLEASANT. COLD SWEATS AND ALL THAT STUFF. BUT IT WORKED, AND I FEEL MUCH BETTER TODAY.
